MDF Products.
Our MDF is manufactured from superior grade moisture resistant, also known as HDF board. Even our standard boards are of good quality. MDF is made from recycled wood and resin, pressed to give a flat and stable dense sheet. It is available in several different grades and densities, ranging from lightweight, standard, moisture resistant, fire resistant and exterior MDF. The flat surface gives an excellent base for finishing with paints and lacquers. It is also ideal or veneering and laminating.
MOISTURE RESISTANT
Moisture Resistant MDF is designed to be used in places with high humidity levels. It contains a moisture-repellent resin and a high internal bond strength, which improves the moisture resistant rating. It is prone to swelling if it comes into direct contact with water. Ideal for priming, lacquer and painting. It can be used for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, skirting boards and specialist joinery. Interior use only.
