MDF Skirting Boards
Our MDF skirting is manufactured from superior grade moisture resistant, also known as HDF board. Moisture Resistant MDF is designed to be used in places with high humidity levels. It contains a moisture-repellent resin and a high internal bond strength, which improves the moisture resistant rating. It is prone to swelling if it comes into direct contact with water. Ideal for priming, lacquer and painting. It can be used for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, skirting boards and specialist joinery. Interior use only.
DIMENSIONS MANUAL
Ordering skirtings boards can be quite baffling when you have to try to envisage what it will look like from a web page! We have put together this ‘manual’ to help you get to grips with the measurements you require and how to order accurately.
Explanation
All skirtings have 3 dimensions that you will need to specify: height, depth and length. You will also need to choose a profile, which is the part of the board that is shaped for decorative purposes.
Dimensions
Height: this is how high you want the skirting to come up your wall
Depth: this is how thick the board is coming away from your wall
Length: this is how long or far it will be running along your wall
Profile: a style that is chosen for your desired appearance
Please note that we can send samples out for you to look at before placing an order. If you need to match skirtings to previous ones, please give us a call!
REBATES MANUAL

30mm – 20mm x 24mm
